Effective Resumes
This workshop will help you create an effective resume or improve the one you already have. You will write a professional summary and accomplishment statements that show potential employers that you have focus. You will also learn different resume formats and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Bring a description of a job you are targeting and a draft of your resume, if you have one. Job Search Strategy
Have you been looking for a new job for months, maybe years, without any luck? If so, it’s time to review and renew your job search strategy. In this workshop you will learn which job search tactics prove most effective and which are just a waste of time. You will review all of the tactics available and select which strategies make the most sense for you. Offered on Saturday, April 26.

Advanced Interviewing
Show potential employers your best side by enhancing your interview skills in this workshop. We will practice behavioral interviewing techniques, develop personal success stories and demonstrate how to interview with a consultant mind-set. Please bring a description of a job that you are targeting. Offered on Saturday, May 3.

Informational Interviewing
Informational interviewing is a very effective tool for career exploration and job searching. This workshop will acquaint you with the benefits of informational interviewing and demonstrate how to appropriately arrange, conduct, and follow up after an informational interview. Offered on Saturday, May 10.
